The reason you are hungry all the time is because the severe diet you have created for yourself.
When I am in weight losing mode,which is pretty much all the time. I am never hungry.I am pretty active but 74 years old, so I gear my diet to that.I am also diabetic but very healthy
otherwise.For breakfast I have a combination of nuts and dried fruit.I use pecans,
walnuts, almonds, which I toast, prunes, apricots which I cut up, and dried cranberries.I have
1/2 cup of this nuts are high in protein, the fruit provides a little seetness, vitamins and is r my workout of weights or lap swimming, I have
1 string cheese and appleor other fruit. Again I have the protein. which is filling.
For a sandwich of 100% whole grain high fiber rye bread, which I make myself,I put
smart balance, full fat mayo, cheese a little non processed is very filling and I don't get hungry until dinner, I have meat or some other protein, lots of vegetables
and just a little carbohydrate, like barley, dried beans etc. The overall plan is protein and a some fat at each meal. Go heavy on fiber and light on carbohydrates. It is the carbohydrates that put on weight and cause the e is a lot of room for variety in the protein,fat
and low will not get bored, once you get the Hang of it. NO PROCESSED FOOD!!!!
